- NYCF, based in Arizona is dedicated to the development and promotion of junior cyclists. NYCF’s goal is to develop junior cyclist’s through the establishment of a junior development program, skills clinics and camps, and elite program.
- The NYCF was founded on Sept. 12, 2000 as a non-profit corporation in the state of Arizona. The NYCF has been granted a 501 (C) (3) tax exempt status
